Awesome customer service. Purchased a light kit and lost needed Cutout template. Sent me a new one through the mail at no cost. All the aftermarket parts on my Golf Cart came from here as they had the best price and availability.

We came into your place not knowing a think about what we were needing or wanting. I had seen a unit online but it had sold by the time we got there. Nick instantly set us in the right direction listening really well to all the things we were needing/wanting. We ended up in a better unit than we ever thought we could. He was very knowledgeable about them and answered any questions that came up. Tiffany was right by our side the whole time as well, very helpful with any questions we had. We really stretched her learning experience as we switched a couple things up and she just powered right through getting all her questions answered and learning a ton along the way. Really an awesome experience all around, would highly recommend checking this place out! Cannot wait to get it home!!

Great experience. Ive been to many dealers and businesses and this one has been the best. The before and after sale attention has been impressive. Bought the cart and found out later it needed some very minor things. I contacted them and they literally shipped them to me with no hesitation. Brock Ward has been great to deal with and has always answered any questions I might have. By far the best purchase experience Ive had.

T&B is very customer service focused. I had to replace the batteries in my golf cart along with a couple other parts and they were able to get me the parts quickly and at a great price. Then I struggled with the conversion from Lead batteries to Lithium and Brock was able to talk me through the process to ensure I had it hooked up right (this was at 8pm at night as well). Highly recommend!

We couldnt have asked for better people to work with in upgrading our golf cart. They were helpful, knowledgeable, kind and took the time to explain everything.
